Ingredients: 10 gm ghee/oil 50 gm paneer 1 medium size tomato 1 medium size onion 50 gm carrot 100 gm capsicum 20 gm spring onions 1 inch Ginger 3_4 clove garlic 2 green chilli 1 tspn red chilli souce 1 tspn soya sauce 10 gm corn flour

How to make…

Instructions: firstly, in a large bowl take carrot, cabbage, spring onion,onion and ½ tsp ginger garlic paste. also add chilli powder and ½ tsp salt.( According to your taste). mix well making sure everything is combined well, further, add 5 gm cornflour and mix well. form a soft dough. now prepare a small ball sized balls. Then microwave for 15 min. or you can roast it in appam maker. You can flip to ball after one side done. and keep aside. now in a deep nonstick kadai heat 10 gm ghee or oil and saute ginger, 3 clove garlic, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion. add chopped onion and stir fry on high flame. further, add chopped capsicum and stir fry until it shrinks slightly. add 2 tsp vinegar, 1tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato puree, ½ tsp pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt. stir fry making sure all the sauces are well combined. add in 1¼ cup water and boil on medium flame. in a small bowl take 1tsp cornflour and ¼ cup water. mix well forming a lump-free mixture pour in cornflour mixture and mix well. continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy. add in prepared veg manchurian balls, 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well. finally, serve hot and spicy veg manchurian 😋😋
