Ingredients 10 gm olive oil/ghee 30 gm onion (chopped) 2 cloves garlic, minced 100 gm skinless chicken , cut into thin strips 1tspn chili powder 1 tspn ground cumin 1 tspn dried oregano 1/4 tspn salt 50 gm capsicum (chopped) 1 medium tomato(puree) 1/4 tspn fresh-ground black pepper.

How to make…

Recipe: In a large saucepan, heat the oil over moderately low heat. Add the onion and garlic; cook until they start to soften, about 2 minutes. Increase the heat to moderate and stir in the chicken strips. Cook until they are no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt. Add the capsicum, tomato puree. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Uncover the saucepan and add black pepper. Simmer until the chilli is thickened, about 15 minutes longer. Hot and spicy chicken chilli is ready.
