- Add 100 gm paneer (or as per your macros)
50 gram or 2 cheese cube.
- Isabgol (psyllium husk) approx. 2 spoons
- Ghee as per macros,
- Spices used: kitchen king masala- one pinch,
Salt to taste, chaat masala, black pepper powder.
How to make…
Grate cheese cubes and keep them ready.
Mash paneer and add isabgol and all spices.
Make a medium thick round base using your hand. Shallow fry this base and then flip it and use reaming butter. Top it with grated cheese. You can use also oregano and chili flakes. Cover it with a lid for some time for the cheese to melt.
